It’s been a difficult semester, but I am proud of the outcomes I’ve achieved and am grateful to have found a direction I’m passionate about within my master’s program. I’m particularly interested in exploring AI design implementation in Unity, including the creation of seamless textures, UI assets, and landing pages for games, as well as using AI tools to create effects and shaders more efficiently. While I’m not sure if I’ll be able to delve into all of these topics during my master’s program, I’m excited about the potential to work with such a rapidly growing and innovative field.
One lesson I’ve learned from this semester is the importance of seeking help when I need it. When I faced an injury that affected my ability to complete my work, I made sure to contact both my medical professionals and Falmouth to request accommodations through the extenuating circumstances process. In hindsight, I wish I had done this sooner so that I could have been better informed about my options. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to utilize these services and am glad they were available to me.
Looking forward to the next semester and continuing to pursue my interests in AI design and Unity!
